(and Why We Never Take Payment from Homeowners or Roofers)

If you have an insurance claim and an active leak, or missing shingles that could lead to leaks, your insurance carrier requires you to make the necessary temporary repairs to mitigate that damage. Your carrier wants to have the time to do their inspections, repair the damaged roof, and (hopefully) work with you on the best way to resolve the claim without more water damaging the interior. 

The good news for homeowners and roofers we work with: you never have to pay us. We work directly with your insurance carrier to settle our invoice. Even if your claim gets denied or they don’t pay us, you’ll never have to get involved in our payment process – leaving you free to focus on your home and family.
